Heimskr's civil war camp AI so if CivilWarCleanup has been used he Resurects Heimskr if he gets lost or killed during the civil war. Resurects Severio Pelagia after his death during the civil war and if CivilWarCleanup has been used he sleeps in his house. There's also options to bring back Severio Pelagia, Heimskr and allowsĬleans up Whiterun, Solitude and Windhelm.
